Basics of Birth

Virtual Childbirth Education Class

This course will cover many basics of the birth experience including the physiology of birth, comfort measures, birth interventions and the immediate postpartum period. Through the course of this 2.5 hour session, expecting parents will gain better insight in what to expect for their birth to help them enter their experience with more confidence. Parents will also be given a strong foundation of knowledge on birth practices, allowing them to make informed decisions for themselves in the birth space.

Physiology of Birth
